Constitutional Apostasy And The Rights of Man

To the American People:

When Thomas Paine wrote The Rights of Man, he was thereafter prosecuted in absentia in England for hate speech -- sentenced to death. Yet, in a denial of the Constitution that made America an example to the world, the State of New York has arrested a man for flushing a Qur'an down the toilet in protest to an abomination that every citizen -- and especially every Christian -- should stand uniformly in opposition to. The fact that every American is not outraged -- and every Christian has not burnt a Qur'an in protest -- is endemic of a total surrender of our God-Given Rights. We, the American people, are not worthy of our heritage and the men and women who shed their blood to provide for us the right of liberty, freedom, and the American Way. The original AP story which was carried by Long Island's Newsday entitled, Hate-crime arrests in Quran desecrations at Pace University, not only represents an abomination, but an act of Constitutional apostacy! And the fact that every American does not themselves flush the Qur'an down a toilet where it belongs, indicates that we are not worthy to be called Americans.

In an October 2006 Blog entry entitled Tell The Truth About Islam, I quoted examples of the Satanic Verses of the Qur'an -- i.e., Satanic Verses is seen in the words: "Slay them wherever you find them...Idolatry is worse than carnage...Fight against them until idolatry is no more and God's religion reigns supreme." (Surah 2:190-) "Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it." (Surah 2:216) "Seek out your enemies relentlessly." (Surah 4:103-) "...make war on the leaders of unbelief...Make war on them: God will chastise them at your hands and humble them. He will grant you victory over them..." (Surah 9:12-) "It is He who has sent forth His apostle with guidance and the true Faith [Islam] to make it triumphant over all religions, however much the idolaters [non-Muslims] may dislike it." (Surah 9:31-) "If you do not fight, He will punish you sternly, and replace you by other men." (Surah 9:37-).

These words taken directly from the Qur'an, make it obligatory for a true Muslim to wage perpetual Jihad against every American who is not Muslim, and against every Christian and Jew who are portrayed as heretics who must be slaughtered in the name of their god. The fact that Stanislav Shmulevich of Brooklyn New York was arrested because he did what every sincere American should have done, and what every Christian who believes in the teachings of Jesus is obligated to do, represents a true abomination.
