 While the American Constitution provides freedom and supposed unalienable rights, it also makes us spiritually responsible for the people we vote for and support. And therein lies the religious paradoxes that few believers possess the understanding to comprehend the far-reaching reality of our present-day political predicament.  When Jesus taught that "As you do unto others, the same will be returned back to you" (Luke 6:31). The many Deists who supported the Constitutional reality of the all-encompassing Universal Laws of Nature and Nature's God, fully understood the reality set forth in the words: "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Gal 6:7) -- which the pre-Nicene Church Father Origen portrayed in the words: “Every soul... comes into this world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defeats of its previous life” (Origen, De Principiis). Which means that every American is presently orchestrating their future lives based upon the thoughts and actions in their present life. Which means that you are not only responsible for your own thoughts and actions, but in a representative government you share responsibility with the thoughts and actions of your government representative who you vote for and support.  An interesting statement was made by Jesus that is not at all understood by the body of modern believers when he warned: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36). Why would Jesus make a statement that lacked truth? How could each person be held accountable for "...every idle word that" they speak? The reality of the warning is that idle thoughts and words cannot evolve the mind into the necessary Wholeness -- i.e., "They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" (Mark 2:17). And until you achieve the necessary Wholeness of Mind and Being, your Soul will continue to incarnate into lives orchestrated by your own previous thoughts and actions -- i.e., "As you do unto others, the same will be returned back to you" (Luke 6:31). Until which time you evolve to the perfected level of your brother Jesus, and as the prodigal son/daughter you achieve the necessary Wholeness to be reunited to your Heavenly Father -- i.e., "You, therefore, must be perfect, as your Heavenly Father is perfect" (Matt 5:48). 

 If it is true that Donald Trump is a political prisoner who was persecuted by the people who you vote for as your representative government, then you will yourself be born into a life where you are a political prisoner in a Marxist Stalinist regime.
