The Christian Ghetto-Heaven 

 

In an NDE, Non-Christians often portray the Christian after-life experience as becoming stuck in a lesser Ghetto Heaven in comparison to the non-Christian after life experience. Why? 

 

When you are no longer in the physical body, you are no longer subject to both Linear-Time as we experience it in this world, and neither are you subject to the Cycles of the physical body that interrupt the person's thinking and mindset. While in the physical body you must maintain breath, nourishment, sleep and other bodily functions, which is no longer the case when you transition into the afterlife and are no longer subject to the cycles of the physical body. Therefore, it can be said that the physical body is necessary to inhibit the mind from becoming locked into a single thought. Beginning at the subheading entitled The Evolving Soul http://TreeOfLife.Nazirene.org#TheEvolvingSoul , I present the reality that Linear-Time is a dimension of Soul-Mind -- and when you are no longer in the physical body, you are no longer subject to Time. 

 

Stuck In Time  

 

What this means is that you can easily get locked into a single thought or experience, and without the cycles of the physical body, you will remain under the total control of that thought or experience. And when people who have developed astral or etheric ision portray concepts such as Eternal Hell, what they are acknowledging is the fact that without the physical body-vessel that is subject to the cycles of the physical, the mind of the person can easily become locked into a single thought. And in many instances, the situation that one finds themselves in, is made far worse by strong beliefs that were not acted upon to evolve into a mature understanding. 

 

With respect to the person of strong (religious?) beliefs, this reality is presented in the words of Jesus when he warned: "And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more" (Luke 12:47-48). 

 

There are many modern Christians who claim that all that is necessary is to say the prayer where you ask Jesus to be your savior, and that is all that is necessary for your salvation. Which provokes the question: When Jesus said to the complacent believer that the “…tax collectors and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you” (Matt 21:31), such a statement simply has no place within the present day understanding of Christian doctrine.   And this is especially true when it is recognized that the original followers of Jesus lived dedicated lives in accord with the Spiritually Holistic Lifestyle in accord with the Natural Laws that Jesus taught -- see Soul  Evolution And The Original Gospel Teachings https://brotherofyeshua.blogspot.com/2026/01/soul-evolution-and-original-gospel.html   Thus, the modern Christian simply has no means to understand why and how the lukewarm believer in Christ will be beaten with the stripes of greater judgment, than the unbeliever. And in this instance, the fate of the complacent believer is in many instances far worse than the person who did not cling to strong beliefs pertaining to the afterlife. And this is because of the fact that all elementary religious teachings are designed to assist those who lack the necessary spiritual maturity to understand their own Soul-Reality with any reasonable depth. When we instruct elementary school students, we present the information in an age and grade-level appropriate manner. We would not even attempt to teach elementary school students such advanced subjects as physics, trigonometry and calculus at an age level where they must first learn basic math. And that the consciousness of organic man is too immature and undeveloped to comprehend the higher reality of the Soul and the spiritual meaning of the scriptures, is why Paul warned that the account of Jesus and the crucifixion is "milk" designed for "babes in Christ"  (see http://AnInconvenientTruth.org#animal ). And because of organic immaturity of Christians, is why Paul warned that if he even attempted to convey the Higher Truth to the baptized and confirmed Christians who he personally taught and instructed, that they would reject the spiritual meaning of the Gospels as utter "foolishness". Why? Because the higher reality of the Soul is beyond the limitations of natural organic human comprehension. What this means is that whatever was literally written with respect to the historical Gospel traditions, was for the nourishment of immature believers who were incapable of comprehending the spiritual meaning of the Gospel.

 

What is the plight of those who hold strong beliefs pertaining to the after-life? Because they are no longer subject to Time, they can become the victim of their beliefs and mindset. In the same way that our educational systems are designed to evolve the mind of the student from elementary to higher levels of understanding, if the student becomes complacent at an elementary stage -- or, becomes locked into a belief that derails their progress -- then the student/believer becomes locked into that level of instruction or dogmatic immature understanding. And when that person is no longer subject to Time or the cycles of the body, they can remain locked into a single thought for virtual eternity. Upon being released from the natural cycles of the physical body, many Christians will praise the Lord F-O-R-E-V-E-R.  But what does that mean?

 

No one who has passed on before them, is able to approach them, unless they are of the same mindset and dogmatic thinking as the person locked into the belief of the person. Further, because they have access to those people of the same mindset who are still in physical life, then seek out those people in support of their belief. Many earth-bound spirits frequent the Churches -- with some successfully impressing and implanting their thoughts in the minds of the parishioners -- who often believe that what they are hearing is the voice of the Lord. Many claim to have been told by Jesus, or Mary, or some saint or other such being they hold in authority. Which means that those who cling to beliefs in Hell, can find themselves experiencing Hell -- and no one outside of their framework of belief can approach them. Those who believe in eternal judgment, will experience eternal judgment in accord with their beliefs. Those who believe that they will go to Glory, will experience the illusion of their beliefs. Many Atheists will enter into a comatose suspension of all thought and life. Those who believe in meditation as the higher path, can find themselves in an endless meditation. An endless environment of Torah study.

Then there are those addicted to the unrestrained appetites of the body. Many earth-bound spirits will strive to get into and inhabit the body of those who drink alcohol to excess. Excessive drinking of alcohol, opens the door for an earth-bound spirit to get into the person -- and occupy the body of the intoxicated person. Many murders or cases of manslaughter are committed by the spirit that has taken control of the person's body. In many instances, the mixture of alcohol or drugs enables an earthbound spirit to induce rape or violence against their partner. The same is true of those addicted to drugs, gambling, sex and any other addictive behaviors which draws earth-bound spirits into the life of the person -- impressing their thoughts into the mind of the person still in the body.

So what is the fate of those of whom the Gospel account of Jesus portrays as who "...did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes." Because of the corruption of the scriptures and the adoption of man-made dogmatic beliefs, the modern Christian has no means to explain why the unbelievers will receive less judgment than the mainstream of complacent believers who those who knew the masters will, but did not properly prepare themselves to live in accord with the Gospel teachings, will receive the greater judgment. In fact, these statements are in total opposition to everything that modern Christians believe. If the unbelievers receive the lesser judgment than the lukewarm believers, then what is their fate. From a modern Christian dogmatic perspective, that would mean the the unbelievers would inherit the Kingdom, while the lukewarm believers would not -- or at least be subject to greater judgment than the unbelievers who committed many sins.
