What Did Billy Graham Say?
What Did Billy Graham Say? When Billy Graham passed over to the other side and gazed out at all the people who were there with him, what did he say when he realized that EVERYONE was there with him. There were many Christians who listened to his preaching in this life. As well as many people who were members of other religions that did not ascribe to his preaching. And he was no doubt astonished when he saw that even the Atheists were there as well. And he no doubt asked the question: How come those who were not born-again in Jesus are here also? And why has everyone been saved, regardless of their acceptance or rejection of his preachings? And then he must have noticed that among the believing Christians, many of his most avowed followers were not there. And no doubt, this greatly confused him. And in his confusion, he had to conclude that he did not understand what he was experiencing .
Eventually, he was confronted by the reality that his preachings lacked an ultra-important original teaching that the Gentile Church had removed from the canonical Gospels that he used as the basis for his preaching. And while this ultra-important teaching was understood by many of the pre-Nicene Christians, it would be totally rejected by the modern faith-based Church. And while this teaching was openly written about in an Epistle by Clement who was the disciple of the Apostle Peter. And in the event that you don't know who he was, let me quote the article on him at Christianity.com where it is written: "After Paul and Peter were martyred at Rome, Clement become a leader, in fact, bishop, of the church there. You can visit the Church of San Clemente in Rome today, thought to be built over Clement's house. Tradition has it that about the year 100 AD he was martyred by being cast into the sea tied to an anchor. Not much detail is known about Clement of Rome, but some of his writings provide valuable insight into the early church. His letter to the church at Corinth may be the earliest document we have outside of the New Testament." Take especial notice of the words: "but some of his writings provide valuable insight into the early church" -- and it is in what is known as the Second Epistle of Clement where one of the most important teachings of Jesus has been preserved which conveys the process of second-birth that Billy Graham's born again preaching was based. And this teaching is explored in great detail at The Gospel Enigma That Modern Christians Can't Comprehend http://GospelOfThomas.Nazirene.org#GospelEnigma . And this same important teaching about the Coming of the Kingdom and the process of Second-Birth that is contained in the Epistle of Clement, has also been preserved in the Gospel of Thomas. And this same teaching has also been preserved in the Oxyrhynchys Papyri of Christian scriptures which was discovered during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. And lastly, this important teaching is also found in the Gospel of the Nazirenes which was preserved in a monastery.
If Billy Graham had built the foundation of his teachings about the Coming of the Kingdom and Second-Birth upon this Original Teaching (see http://GospelOfThomas.Nazirene.org#GospelEnigma ) -- a teaching that was so well known among the first-century Christians that it could be openly contained in an Epistle to the Churches -- then Billy Graham would not have been amazed when he saw and encountered those who rejected his preachings when he arrived in the after-life. Which means that while he was right in his preaching that one had to be "born-again" to enter the Kingdom of God, the basis of how one is born again that he preached, was built upon a flawed doctrinal foundation. And having arrived in the after-life, what he was confronted with was the fact that because this important original teaching had been suppressed and removed from the canonical Gospels, some of the most important concepts of his preachings were gravely flawed.
As Billy Graham begins to learn about the suppressed teachings of the Gospel that he did not understand while in this present life, he learned that many who rejected his preachings did so, because intuitively they knew that what Billy Graham was preaching was in error. And because of this intuitive perception, they rejected the whole body of what he preached. And thus, this presents us with another problem as seen in the fact that while mankind has the innate ability to intuitively know when something is false, it sometimes requires much effort to know what is right. And this is often the case among the critics of Billy Graham's preaching and the dogma of the Church as a whole. While many people have the ability to intuitively know when they hear what is false, they are unable to recognize that while Billy Graham was right when he preached that you must be "born-again", the process of Second-Birth requires much effort as portrayed in the statement by the disciples: "We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God" (Acts 14:22 NKJ). And when it is reasoned that there is a minimum of effort in saying a prayer accepting Jesus as one's Lord and Savior -- and neither is there any effort in rejecting the concept of Second Birth -- when Jesus said: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'" (Matt 7:15-23 NKJ). And what is the Will of Our Father? Matthew 24:8 portrays the "tribulations" spoken of by the disciples in the Revised Standard Version as the "pangs of birth" where it reads that "…all this is but the beginning of the birth-pangs".
Unlike the uninformed body of modern believers who blindly adhere to the dogma of pagan Rome, the biblical experts who had long studied the core documents and historical writings were well aware of the fact that the position of the original followers of Jesus who walked and talked with him daily -- followers and believers who personally knew him (see The Ebionites http://TheCall.Nazirene.org#Ebionite ) -- that he (Jesus) "...was justified by fulfilling the Law. He was the Christ of God, since not one of the rest of mankind had observed the Law completely. Had any one else fulfilled the commandments of the Law, he would have been the Christ, for they assert that our Lord Himself was a man in like sense with all humanity" (see Hippolytus, Refut. Omn. Haer. vii. 34). Which means that all those who embrace and follow the Original Gospel Teachings and fulfilled the Royal Law within themselves, are able to bring about the Second-Birth that opens the inner "narrow gate" to the Kingdom -- i.e., "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it" (Matt 7:13-14). And only those who fulfill the Royal Law, and achieve the Second-Birth, are able to enter into the narrow gate that enables them to gain entrance into the Kingdom and the promise of Life that is presented in the Gospels. And this process of Second Birth and the entering into the Kingdom is portrayed in the Revelation in the words: "Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie" (Rev 22:14-15). If the text of the Revelation represented the end of the world, as is commonly believed by the majority of Christians today, then we must pose the question: Why are those who remain outside the city portrayed as "dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie"? Armageddon, then, indicates the disciples personal tribulation described as the "pangs of birth", as he endeavors to overcome his own lower carnal nature through the crucifixion of what is symbolized by the flesh, in order that he can possess the Knowledge of the fruit of the Tree of Life, transcend the natural barriers of this world, and "enter through the gates into the city".
Paul knew absolutely nothing about saying a prayer and being born again. When Paul stated that salvation is by faith over the ritual works of the Law of Moses, the reality that faith meant an entirely different thing to the Apostle Paul than what is being preached from our pulpits today, can be seen in Paul’s commandment to all who would call themselves a Christian to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV). If the congregation of believers could simply have faith, without living a Consecrated Life set apart from the thinking and lifestyle of the people of this world, then Paul would not have warned the believers of the simple faith that: “For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live” (Rom 8:13). Where the modern Church which is based upon an erroneous doctrine of how Second Birth is achieved, promotes the dogma of saying a prayer and Jesus then bestows upon the person a dispensation from any accountability of keeping the Royal Law and the Commandments of God, Paul portrays modern Church doctrine as apostasy to the Gospel and the Kingdom -- i.e., "For it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who ...then commit apostasy, since they crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt.. For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." (Heb 6:4-6;10:26-27 RSV). And the fact that Billy Graham was a champion of the modern Church doctrine where one is saved once they say their prayer, is the very reason why he now finds himself among those who Paul portrays as "apostates".
At some point in the future Billy Graham will learn that as the lost prodigal sons and daughters of the Most High, Second Birth that enables one to gain entrance into the Kingdom can only be accomplished while in the physical body-vessel -- and that in accord with the Original Teachings that the Emperors of the Church suppressed (see The Religion Of Roman Emperors http://ChristianReincarnation.org#emperors ) the Soul of Billy Graham will have to make another attempt to enter this world and bring about the next stage of Birth. And the fact that this teaching was also suppressed, was especially demonstrated in the corruption of the teaching on the Children (see The Mystery Of The Children http://BrotherOfYeshua.com/children.htm ).
In this life when I made the Inner Journey into the Kingdom and the foregoing essential teaching was discussed, it was conveyed to me that the total disarray of the Gospel teaching on the Children was left in the manner that it has been, so that ANYONE who reads the Gospels can easily discern that something is missing and has been corrupted. And that those who sincerely lived and fulfilled the Gospel teachings, were taught the Mysteries of the Children by the Indwelling Logos/Son of God who the followers of Jesus portrayed as The True Prophet http://OuterDarkness.Nazirene.org#TrueProphet . And in the total disarray of the Gospel teachings on the Children, these words used to appear in the Original Gosples: "For there are some children, which were so born from their mother's womb. And there are some who God returned, and were made the children of men. And there be children, who have made themselves children for the kingdom of heaven's sake." Quoting from What Of Those Who Fail To Become The Required Child?
The modern believer can never get a correct perception of either the purpose of the Gospel or the essence of the teachings of Jesus, until they first restore the teachings of the children and why Yeshua warned: "And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them, and said, Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" (Matt 18:2-3 RSV). Why? Because as Christians who have been imbued with the doctrines of Constantine, Luther and Billy Graham, we have a totally different perception of a child than was originally taught by Jesus! What is a child? We would say that it is a new soul that was created by God -- but is it? The Bible itself states to us in Eccl 1:9-11 that “there is no new thing under the sun” -- and then asks the question: “Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See this is new”. Let us attempt to doctrinally refute the wisdom of the Bible using Church logic, and use the example of a new-born baby as something that is new. Surely this baby is new -- i.e., it has never had an existence prior to being born. Yet, the scripture confutes us, and teaches that “It hath been already of old time, which was before us”. So that we might be sure that the scriptures are speaking about a new born baby, it then goes on to clarify the statement by adding: “There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after”. And what is portrayed in these words is similar to that expressed in the Wisdom of Solomon 8:19-20, where it reads: “Now I was a child good by nature, and… being good, I came into a body undefiled.” Based upon these words is can be said that, from a biblical perspective, even though a baby (or person) will not remember its past: “It hath been already of old time”. One of the primary truths which the very first followers of Yeshua professed, was that each of us is the Child of God -- not philosophically, as we believe today -- but rather, in the very genuine sense -- and this was founded upon the realization that our soul, which is the inner being that we truly are, is as much the direct offspring of God, as in the case of our bodies that are drawn from the genetics and vital substances of our physical parents. What this means is that, from the perspective of modern science, if we performed a DNA test on our soul and spiritual natures, what we would find is that it is not born of earthly matter -- but rather, it is the direct emanation from God -- our soul and spirit's true Parent/Source of Being. Great emphasis was placed on the two natures of man by the first Christians. At Genesis 2:7, the Wycliffe Commentary writes: “Man's body was fashioned from the dust of the ground, while his spirit came from the very ‘breath’ of God. He is literally a creature of two worlds; both earth and heaven can claim him”. More importantly, though, is for us to clarify our understanding of when the soul came into existence. Thus, the Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown Commentary notes the belief of both the Jews and early Church: “The... views of Origen and other Fathers, and the... Talmudists, that all souls had been created ‘in the beginning,’ and were lodged by God in a certain place, whence each one was taken out to inhabit the respective bodies of individuals”. What we have demonstrated here is that the first followers of Jesus firmly believed the soul pre-existed the body, and that our present physical forms are mere vessels which we inhabit during our sojourn in this life.
That in each life the Soul is able to make advances in its quest to achieve the next stage of birth is presented in the words of the pre-Nicene Church Father Origen who wrote: "Every soul… comes into this world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defeats of its previous life" (Origen, De Principiis). And only when the Soul is able to bring about Second-Birth, is the words of Jesus fulfilled when he said: "They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" (Mark 2:17). Before this verse can be understood we must first understand what it means to be Whole. Which provokes the question: How is Wholeness achieved? Contrary to the Church dogma, if Jesus is the physician, then those who achieve and sustain a condition of Wholeness, do not need the physician -- and as a physician, Jesus did not come for the salvation of those who are Whole, but only those who are sick and need the physician. But in total opposition to Church dogma, what this also means is that at the time of Jesus, there existed people who he portrays as "whole [and] righteous" who did not need Jesus the physician.
The fact that as portrayed in Eccl 1:9-11 that you can't recall the previous lives your Soul has lived -- and therefore you don't remember the actual past-life events that are responsible for orchestrating what you are experiencing in the present, is because you dwell in a state of "bondage" -- and because you are a slave to the debts your Soul incurred in previous lives, your own mental development and advancement has been derailed (see Arrested Mental Development). At best, because you have not put on the required "wedding garment" and come to TheCall (see The Call) -- i.e., "'Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and throw him into the outer darkness; there is where the weeping and grinding of teeth will be.' For many are called, but few chosen." —Matthew 22:14) -- you are presently dwelling in the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness). Stricken with Spiritual Amnesia -- totally alienated from one's own True Self -- unable to enter the Inner Kingdom -- unable to communicate and learn from the Indwelling Logos that is the One Teacher that the people of the New Covenant must learn from (see True Prophet). And at its worst, you are presently confined to your own self-imposed Prison. And no real progress can be achieved, until you understand that what you experience in the present has been orchestrated in the actions of your Soul's previous lives -- which actions have returned back to you as in the statement: “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows” (Gal 6:7 NIV). And it is these debts that incur the condition of "bondage", that inhibits people from becoming free of the limitations of the Laws, and receiving the Divine Manna that can only be given to those who overcome and prevail over self -- i.e., "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give of the hidden manna" (Rev 2:17). Allegorically, the account of the Children of Israel being held as slaves in Egypt which means The House of Bondage, portrays the seeker who has yet to free themselves from the debts incurred against the Royal Law of Creator-Gods. Christians can't understand the teachings on the Laws and The Prison, because they are not of the same mindset as what is necessary to understand the Gospels (see The Biblical Foundation Mindset) -- the teachings on the pre-existent Soul by the pre-Nicene Church Fathers (see The Early Church On Predestination) -- and the suppression of this ultra-important teaching by the Church of Rome (see The Religion Of Roman Emperors).
In the Torah, the Children of Israel had to travail 40 years in the (spiritual) wilderness -- being nourished only by "manna from heaven". They could not make this manna themselves. They could not obtain manna from any source in this world. There was no manna peddlers or clergy-type manna dispensers. Manna could only be provided by One Source -- directly from God. And with the exception of the sixth day preceding the Sabbath, no more manna was given than could and would be consumed in that day -- allegorically indicating that Divine Manna could not and can not be dispensed all at once in bulk -- but has to be provided step by step, as the seeker progressed upon each level of evolving spiritual maturity. And this is why the first century Elder Ignatius -- as with all the biblical authors -- understood that the mind of the believer must be matured, as demonstrated when he wrote in his Epistle to the Trallaus that: “Might I not write to you things more full of mystery? But I fear to do so, lest I should inflict injury on you who are babes. Pardon me in this respect, lest, as not being able to receive their weighty import, ye should be strangled by them”. Which is why Paul warned the Christian who he personally taught the "traditions" of the Gospel: "And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; for you are still carnal" (1 Cor 3:1-3 NKJ). Stating to the body of confirmed and baptized believers who he stated had received all truth and knowledge pertaining to the elementary "traditions" of Christ: “But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Cor 2:14 NKJ). Thus, what Paul was stating that for "natural" man to comprehend the Higher Knowledge of man's Soul and Spiritual Reality, he had to evolve his mind beyond he organic human condition. And this process of achieving mental and spiritual maturity and transformation could only be achieved when the Christian embraces the Original Gospel Teachings as explored at The Reality Of The Original Gospels http://OriginalGospel.Ebionite.com
