Quoting
from Entering Eden's Gate Within
http://DevilSpawn.Ebionite.com#EnteringThroughEdensGate When Jesus taught
his disciples to "Enter through the narrow
gate", before you can enter the Gate of Eden and return to
the Kingdom, you must first know where to look and how to find it. The Jews and
the Pharisees, like the modern Christians, were looking for the Kingdom, and
they were seduced by the Devil to look outwardly for it to come upon the Earth.
Therefore, if you are looking and seeking in the wrong direction, then you will
be among those who fail to find Eden's Gate -- i.e.,
"...But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and
only a few find it" (Matt 7:13-14). Which of course can
also be stated in the words: "You have kept the
key that opens the door to the house of knowledge; you yourselves will not go
in, and you stop those who are trying to go in!” (Luke
11:52 TEV). In the Epistle of Peter to James it is warned that if the esoteric
body of knowledge of how the Gospels must be used as the Key of Knowledge is
thrown away or lost, that "...it will remain
even for those who really seek the truth, always to wander in error"
-- and the prediction by the Apostle Peter has been confirmed as true. As blind
guides that led the people in the wrong direction -- looking for the Kingdom to
come outwardly instead of within the body and mind of the believer the modern
clergy and Church authorities interpret the scriptures in the same exact manner
as the Pharisees, which has caused the modern believer to remain banished in
this, the Far Country. Where the plight of mankind is portrayed in the
statement: "Therefore the LORD God banished him
from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken"
(Gen 3:23), the Force and Barrier that causes man to wander in this, the
"Outer Darkness" of what
is portrayed as the Far Country in the parable of the prodigal son, inhibits
mankind from returning to his True Home and Source of Being in the Edenic
Kingdom of their Heavenly Father.
In the plight of mankind in this, the Far Country, the Natural Laws of Creation
place a barrier between this world and the Kingdom that Jesus taught is within
us, as declared in the statement:
"So He drove
out the man and stationed cherubim to the east of the Garden of Eden, with a
whirling sword of flame to guard the way to the tree of life"
(Gen 3:24). BUT, when the Gospels are used as the Key of Knowledge as designed
by the Ebionite Nazirene authors, mankind as the lost prodigal sons and
daughters can safely pass through the inner
"narrow strait gate" that enables the seeker safe passage
by the
"cherubim" who
guard the Tree of Life with their
"whirling
sword of flame", and allow entrance to the Edenic Kingdom
within. Jesus declared to his followers:
"Enter
through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads
to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the
road that leads to life, and only a few find it" (Matt
7:13-14 NIV). Because the Church threw away the Key of Knowledge, and adopted
pagan dogmatic doctrines of belief, the Christian world sits idly complacent on
the side of the
"broad-way ...that leads to
destruction." When Jesus commanded those who would be his
followers:
“And he who does not take his cross
and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and
he who loses his life for My sake will find it” (Matt
10:38-39) -- it will remain virtually impossible for you to enter through the
"narrow strait gate" within you, without
using the Gospels as the Key of Knowledge that enables you to pass by the
"cherubim" who guard the
Tree of Life with their
"whirling sword of
flame" -- thereby escaping the
"outer darkness" of this, the Far Country -- and
gain entrance to the Edenic Kingdom within you (see
The Application Of
The Key Of Knowledge
http://KeyOfKnowledge.org#ApplicationOfTheKeyOfKnowledge ).
"How terrible it will be for you experts in religious
law! For you hide the key to knowledge from the people. You don't enter the
Kingdom yourselves, and you prevent others from entering" (Luke
11:52). Thus, in understanding these words spoken to the Pharisees, the
questions must be asked: How did the Pharisees and Jewish authorities
"...hide the key to knowledge from the people"?
Why did Jesus condemn the leaders of the Jews for failing to enter the Kingdom
themselves? -- i.e.,
"...You don't enter the
Kingdom yourselves"! And how did the religious leaders of the Jews "...prevent
others from entering?" In further clarification, the TEV
version of the this verse states:
“How terrible
for you teachers of the Law! You have kept the key that opens the door to the
house of knowledge; you yourselves will not go in, and you stop those who are
trying to go in!” (Luke 11:52 TEV). What the above means is
that if you fail to utilize the scriptures as the Key of Knowledge -- turning
them within your own mind in order to open the
"narrow
strait gate" within you -- thereby enabling you to acquire the Power
and Ability to safely pass by the
"cherubim"
who guard the Tree of Life with what is allegorically
portrayed as their
"whirling sword of flame",
then you are not a follower of Jesus and the New Covenant.
One of the core teachings that were removed and suppressed by the Church of
Rome, was the teaching on the pre-existent Soul that evolves to Wholeness and
Perfection over the course of many lives (see
The Foundation Of The Soul And The Threefold Self
http://GospelOfThomas.Nazirene.org#84 ). The
author and visionary Philip K. Dick was able to recall his Soul's previous life
in the first century where he lived as an original follower of Jesus. He also
wrote with respect to the original disciples of Jesus that:
"Christ ...taught his followers how to enter the kingdom while still
alive, where other mystery religions only bring about amnesis: knowledge of it
at the 'other time' in 'the other realm,' not here. He causes it to come here,
and is the living agency to the Sole Good God (i.e. the Logos)."
This is true -- and that the original Gospel message was to develop the mind
through the transformative process of expansion and deepening of consciousness,
and then enable the disciple of TheWay to gain entrance into the Inner Kingdom,
is easily demonstrated in the above quotations on the proper use of the
scriptures as the Key of Knowledge. The objective of Mystery religions is to
acquire what Philip K. Dick portrays above at the ability to bring about amnesis,
which can be defined as observing through meditation in the manner of the
traditional monk. BUT, as Philip K. Dick confirms what is presented in the
Gospel teachings, Jesus taught his followers how to actually gain entrance into
the Kingdom -- and through the Anointing (Messiah/Christ) of the Mind, enabling
his disciples to be taught directly from the One and Only Teacher that Jesus
instructed his followers to seek out and learn from (see The One Teacher
http://BrotherOfJesus.org#TheOneTeacher ). Few modern believers even
understand the foundation of The New Covenant -- i.e.,
"For this is the covenant that I will make ...says the Lord: I will
put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their
God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and
none his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' for all shall know Me, from the least
of them to the greatest of them" (Heb 8:10-11). Yet, the
Christian world has rejected the very foundation of the New Covenant by virtue
of countless teachers, Bible Commentaries, a mass of Bible interpretations and
the adoption of man-made dogma that inhibits the believer's mental development
and spiritual advancement. Thus, the reality of the words of Isaiah have
enveloped the modern faith-based believers in the quagmire of their own
self-imposed spiritual shackles: "For they that lead this people cause them to
err; and they that are led of them are destroyed" (Isa 9:6). And when rightly
understood, the resounding truth is that the modern believers have chosen
tradition and man-made dogma over the Knowledge of the Original Teachings
associated with the New Covenant -- i.e.,
"My
people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected
knowledge, I will also reject thee..." (Hos 4:6). In the
Epistle of Peter to James it is warned that if the esoteric body of knowledge of
how the Gospels must be used as the Key of Knowledge is thrown away or lost,
that
"...it will remain even for those who
really seek the truth, always to wander in error" -- and
the prediction by the Apostle Peter has been confirmed as true. As blind guides
that led the people in the wrong direction -- looking for the Kingdom to come
outwardly instead of within the body and mind of the believer -- the Gospel
account of Jesus portrayed the Pharisees as the
"spawn of the devil" -- i.e,
"Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear
to hear my word" As to why the Jews could not understand
spiritual teachings and concepts, Jesus explained:
"You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out his
desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, refusing to uphold the truth,
because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language,
because he is a liar and the father of lies" (John
8:43-44). That the modern clergy and Church authorities interpret the scriptures
in the same exact manner as the Pharisees, has caused the modern believer to
remain banished in this, the Far Country. Which provokes the question: What
makes the theological and spiritual positions of what is portrayed as the
Ebionites heresy by the Church? Because they learned and were taught by Jesus
how to apply the scriptures as the Key of Knowledge and gain entrance to the
Inner Kingdom -- how to fulfill the Laws that guard the Tree of Life in the
manner of a
"whirling sword of flame"
-- the Ebionites were condemned as heretics. Why? Because the Ebionites
confirmed the statement in the Gospels of the fate of those who throw away the
Key of Knowledge -- i.e.,
"you do not
understand what I say? ...because you cannot bear to hear my word".
Why? Because those who reject and condemn the knowledge of the proper use of the
scriptures as the Key of Knowledge, remain lost and incapable of hearing and
understanding the Sacred Body of Knowledge that could only be revealed to those
who made themselves into the
"good ground"
that is portrayed in the parable of the Sower and the Seed (see
http://SowerAndTheSeed.Ebionite.com
) --
“Unto you it is given to know the mystery
of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done
in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may
hear, and not understand” (Mark 4:11-12). Why did Jesus
portray some people as
"...seeing they may see,
and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand”?
What Jesus said was that, unless certain transformative requirements are
fulfilled by a person, they will see, but remain blind and unable to understand
with any depth of what they are seeing. And this is verified by Paul when he
stated to the Corinthians who he had himself taught what he portrayed as the
(quasi-historical)
"traditions"
of the Gospel that,
"And I, brethren,
could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in
Christ. I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not
able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; for you are still
carnal" (1 Cor 3:1-3). Paul was stating that it was not a
matter of teaching or instruction -- but rather, of the
"natural" mind of man evolving beyond man's
organic limitations, that would raise them up to a level of higher spiritual
maturity. And this is why the Church Father Origen who was portrayed as the
greatest teacher second only to the Apostles stated of the physical resurrection
that it was
“preached in the Churches… for the
simpleminded and for the ears of the common crowd who are led on to live better
lives by their belief” (see Contra Celsum). Why? Because of
their untransformed carnal condition of mind and being, this allegorical
portrayal of the Final Stage of Birth was all that the faith-based believers
were capable of comprehending. Everything you have heard or been told about the
beliefs of those who Jesus personally taught is based upon partisan ignorance of
the source. In view of the fact that all the modern knowledge about the
Ebionites who walked with Jesus daily and authored the Original Gospels, has
been drawn from their opponents and detractors who were themselves blind guides
who threw away the Key of Knowledge. You have never heard the explanation
from the Ebionites as to their use and positions on the scriptures, and why they
held and embraced the spiritual positions that they did.
While the Dead Sea Scrolls have revealed that the Essenes were the foundation of
the New Covenant Gospel teachings, the Ebionite Nazirenes came into existence as
a direct result of the influence and teachings of Jesus. And even more important
is the fact that the opponents of the Ebionites, was based upon Greek and Roman
detractors. Which not only confirms the fact that those of whom it was stated
that, while
"...seeing they may see, and not
perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand”,
were the ones who condemned the Ebionties as gnostic heretics. And to their own
spiritual defeat, the modern Christian has embraced their blind dogmatic
ramblings, hook, line and sinker. The word Ebionite means the
"poor ones", which
portrays a people who are separate and set aside from the thinking and lifestyle
of this world. Therefore, they are the
"set
apart" ones who are the
"poor"
to the ways and thinking of this world. Quoting the Gospel of the
Nazirenes:
"Blessed in spirit are the poor, for
theirs is the kingdom of heaven". Which is the basis of the
requirement to be
"in the world and not of it"
-- i.e., if a seeker/disciple has gained entrance through
the
"narrow strait gate"
-- and has fulfilled Laws which are allegorically personified as the
"cherubim" who guard the
Tree of Life with their
"whirling sword of
flame", and allow entrance to the Edenic Kingdom within --
then it can easily be said of these faithful followers of Jesus that the are
"in the world and not of it".
"Then I heard another voice from heaven say: 'Come
out of her, my people,' so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will
not receive any of her plagues" (Rev 18:4). With respect to the
question as to how
"set apart"
were the original Ebionite followers and disciples of Jesus? The historian
Edward Gibbon writes that the original Ebionite Nazirene followers of Jesus were
“…rejected from one religion as apostates, and
from the other as heretics” (Gibbon: Decline & Fall of the
Roman Empire, v.1, p.416). Being rejected by both Jews and Christians alike, the
fate of the original followers of Jesus who walked and talked with him daily
during his earthly ministry, can be summed up in the words of Jesus that:
"They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact,
the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a
service to God" (John 16:2). Thus, neither Judaism or modern
Christianity has anything in common with the original teachings of Jesus.
Regardless of the fact that it was the Ebionite Nazirenes who walked and talked
daily with the man Jesus during his earthly ministry, the congregation of modern
faith-based believers have been denied access to the witness of the Ebionites.
From the perspective of the Roman Church, the Ebionites who were the only people
who actually engaged in important conversations with the man Jesus, were
"...apostates, and ...heretics”
who totally rejected the wisdom and doctrines embraced by those secular leaders
of the very worldly Church of Pagan Rome. Which raises the question: How could
the doctrines of a Church that was totally immersed in the man-made pagan
thinking of this world, even begin to understand the higher spiritual concepts
and realities of a community of seekers who were not only totally
"set apart" from the
thinking of this world, but whose minds were opened and Anointed by the Holy
Spirit? When Prof. John Allegro who was quoted as saying that what was revealed
in the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls is a great amount of overwhelming
evidence that
“...may upset a great many basic
teachings of the Christian Church. This in turn would greatly upset many
Christian Theologians and believers. The heart of the matter is, in fact, the
source and originality of Christian doctrine” (August 1966
issue of Harpers Magazine), he was warning the faith-based believers that the
doctrines of Pagan Rome which are presently the foundation of the Church and
modern Christianity, have virtually nothing in common with the Original Gospel
teachings of the man Jesus and the Essene Ebionite Source of these teachings.
And in confirmation of the foregoing statement of Prof. Allegro, it was
confirmed by A. Powell Davies that:
“Biblical scholars
were not disturbed by what they found in the Dead Sea Scrolls because they had
known all along that the origin of Christianity was not what was commonly
supposed to have been” (quoted by Millar Burrows in More Light on
the Dead Sea Scrolls). Yet, because neither the faith-based believers or the
modern theologians possessed any understanding of the Ebionite Nazirenes who
were hunted down by the Gentile Church and silenced, the man-made doctrines of
the Church are based upon the worship of the sun-god Mithra. Why is it stated in
the scriptures that a sincere seeker of Truth had to be
"set apart" -- i.e., a
"poor one" (Ebionite) -- who is totally
detached from the thinking and lifestyle of this world? Why are those attached
to the thinking of this world portrayed as:
"For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many
enter through it". Why are those who throw away the Key of
Knowledge portrayed as blind guides who are the
"spawn of the devil"? And why is the Sacred Knowledge
of Jesus as taught to his Ebionite followers and disciples of how the scriptures
must be used as the Key of Knowledge, condemned as
"gnostic heretics"? One of the primary plagues noted in
the quotation drawn from the Revelation -- i.e.,
"...so that you will not receive any of her plagues" --
is the plague of abject spiritual ignorance -- which is a reality that the
Church has brought upon itself. The true followers of Jesus must turn away from
the ways and thinking of this world as stated:
"Therefore, Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean
thing, and I will receive you" (2 Cor 6:17). Why is it
important for the follower of Jesus and the New Covenant to
"...be separate, [AND] ...Touch no unclean thing"?
Because the core of the New Covenant teachings was to prepare the mind of the
believer to be taught directly by the One Teacher as stated:
"It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall
all be taught by God'" (John 6:45 see The One Teacher
http://BrotherOfJesus.org#TheOneTeacher ). And in confirmation of this fact,
the Apostle Peter who is quoted in the Homilies of his disciple Clement where he
warns the followers of the Gospel to reject all human interpretations of the
scriptures -- i.e.,
"...therefore great care is
to be taken, that when the law of God is read, it be not read according to the
understanding of our own mind. For there are many sayings in the divine
Scriptures which can be drawn to that sense which every one has preconceived for
himself; and this ought not to be done. For you ought not to seek a foreign and
extraneous sense, which you have brought from without".
Which means that every Christian sect that is based upon doctrines that rely
upon a human interpretation of the scriptures, is leading the congregation of
believers in the wrong direction.
Why would the Apostle Peter reject a human interpretation of the scriptures?
Because the scriptures are not designed to teach you -- but to open your mind to
an enlightened higher understanding by employing embedded catalysts that have
the ability to connect the person you are in this world with your own Higher
Mind and enable you to begin to be taught directly by the Indwelling Logos/Son
of God. Wherein the answer to the equation of achieving an enlightened
perceptive-understanding is found in the statement in the Gospel of Luke with
respect to the opening of the mind of the disciples in order to enable them to
understand the true spiritual meaning of the written text of the scriptures:
"Then opened He their understanding, that they
might understand the scriptures" (Luke 24:45). Unless the
believers spiritual eyes and understanding is opened and enlightened, they will
remain unable to comprehend the higher reality of the Soul and the Kingdom of
God. This is is because a higher enlightened understanding can only be
accomplished by opening the
"eyes of the heart"
-- often referenced in the words:
"eyes to see"
-- as seen in the reality of mankind portrayed in the
Gospel:
"For this people’s heart has grown
callous; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with
their hearts, and turn, and I would heal them’" (Matt
13:15). Therefore, unless the believer has set themselves apart from the
spiritually disenfranchised thinking and mindset of this world, they will remain
unable to comprehend the spiritual meaning of the Gospels. And in verification
of this human reality, the second century Christian Bishop Valentinius quoted
Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians when he made reference to Gnosis Kardias -- or,
the enlightened eyes of the heart -- i.e.,
"I
pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may
know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance
in the saints" (Eph 1:18). And that Paul wanted -- but
could not -- speak about the Mystery and Spiritual meaning of the Gospel that
remains beyond organic understanding to the Ephesians -- and could not because
of their inherent human blindness that has victimized them since birth -- is the
reason he portrayed himself as an ambassador in bonds:
"And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my
mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an
ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak"
(see Eph 6:19-20). One may ask: Isn't the scriptures composed in order to teach
the person what they need to know? Contrary to the position of modern believers
and biblical scholars alike, the answer is NO !!! The scriptures are not
historical accounts -- but rather, the scriptures are accounts of the mind that
employ allegorical catalysts designed to develop the innate attributes of the
believers mind that enables them to begin to tap into the indwelling True
Prophet (a.k.a. Logos/Son of God). Quoting from The Cosmology Of The Gospels
http://GospelCosmology.Ebionite.com : When rightly understood, the Gospels
are not historical accounts -- but rather, possess embedded allegorical
catalysts that use the equation of the symbolism to bring about the
transformational mental-expansion and spiritual-deepening that evolves the mind
to levels of Wholeness and Completion. In order for the equation of development
to properly function, the embedded symbols and catalysts must be presented in a
useable form that can be embraced in the daily lives of the
"babes in Christ" that Paul warns are
incomprehensible to man's organic embryonic consciousness. Therefore, the
Gospels were intentionally created with an historical facade that could be
intimately embraced by individuals and groups of serious seekers. Without the
historical facade of the literal text of the scriptures that Paul portrays as
"Jewish folktales" (Titus
1:14), the crucial equation of development could not be put into place where the
symbols and catalysts were able to properly function in the development of the
mind of the seeker. What this means is that the truth is not in the literal
allegorical symbolism of the text of the scriptures -- which symbolism is
designed to develop and connect the person we are in this world with our Higher
Inner Self -- and ultimately, the indwelling Logos/Son of God that is the One
Teacher that the Gospels command to seek out (see The One Teacher
http://BrotherOfJesus.org#TheOneTeacher ). In understanding this biblical
reality, the pre-Nicene Church Father Origen portrayed the literal text of the
scriptures as basically
"worthless"
-- i.e.,
“Scripture contains an
unhistorical element in-woven with the history, in order that the worthlessness
of the latter may drive us to seek the spiritual meaning” (Origen
quoted under Origen Adamntius; The Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics). Further
explaining in De Principiis that:
“Where the word
found that things done according to the history could be adapted to these
mystical senses, he made use of them concealing from the multitude the deeper
meaning; but where in the narrative of the development of super-sensual things,
there did not follow the performance of those certain events which were already
indicated by the mystical meaning, the scripture interwove in the history the
account of some event that did not take place, sometimes what could not have
happened; sometimes what could but did not.” And that the
spiritual meaning is not found in the literal text, is why Paul portrayed the
scriptures as the
"letter that killeth [and]
Jewish folktales" (see 2 Cor 3:6; Titus 1:14).
