Why Don't You Remember Your Soul's Previous Lives?
Why Don't You Remember Your Soul's Previous Lives?
In the Gospels, Jesus taught that all of mankind are born blind to their own higher Soul reality. Which provokes the question as to why? If our Soul lived previous lives, then why don't we remember them? If you could remember and even perceive your Soul's previous lives, then your present life would be rendered worthless. Why? To understand the question, you would first have to understand the purpose and objective of the life you are presently living. And it is not until you understand this life as the Far Country in the parable of the prodigal son -- which can be portrayed as God's School House for his divine offspring -- that you can begin to understand why most people generally don't remember their previous lives. And in the same way that in the parable of the prodigal son, even when the son was suffering at the hands of the Citizen of the Far Country, the Father did not intervene in the affairs of the son. Why? And it was only when the son began his journey home -- and was yet a long way off -- that the father embraced the son -- proclaiming that his son who was dead, has returned to life.
In the recent Judge Brett Kavanaugh debacle, many were suggesting a suspension of Constitutional Rights. Which when rightly understood, can very rightly be compared to a lawless political lynching. While Dr. Ford made accusations against Brett Kavanaugh, the very witnesses that Dr. Ford herself named as being present, all denied that the event ever transpired. And while Dr. Ford who was in therapy seemed to be creditable, if the witnesses that she named, all stated that the event never transpired, then what was the source of her memory that the witnesses stated never happened? In the article entitled, The Paradoxical Enigma Of The Senate Conformation Hearings, I demonstrated that the memory itself may very well be an insight that was initiated by the marriage therapist into a previous life. And this was in fact why she could not recall where the alleged sexual assault took place -- how she got to the party -- how she got home -- why she did not tell anyone about the event in this life, even her closest of friends -- and why the witnesses who she named, all stated under sworn oath that the event never took place. Yet, her supporters demanded that the facts be ignored, that the law be suspended, and the lawless political lynching of Judge Kavanaugh be brought about.
If the people who demanded the political lynching of Judge Kavanaugh could recall their Soul's previous lives -- and they understood the reality of the statement that "In everything, then, do to others as you would have them do to you. For this is the essence of the Law and the prophets" (Matt 7:12) -- because, the Law and the Wisdom of the Prophets is embodied in the words: “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows” (Gal 6:7 NIV). And, as the pre-Nicene Church Father Origen stated: “Every soul... comes into this world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defeats of its previous life” (Origen, De Principiis). And because each of us is tested in the life we are living, this is one of the primary reasons organic man is born blind not only to their soul's previous lives, but also the higher reality of their own Soul (see Soul-Evolution - Reincarnation And Soul-Development http://OriginalGospel.Ebionite.com#SoulEvolution ).
As students who have been enrolled in God's School House, each of us is constantly being tested to see if we are ready and prepared to move onto the next higher level of consciousness and awareness. In the same way that we don't enroll elementary school students in university level graduate programs, each of us sees and understands in accord with our level of spiritual maturity. If spiritually immature people could recall the previous lives that their Soul has lived, then they would refrain from violating what Jesus stated was the Laws of God that returns to each person the fruit of their own words and actions. If those who demanded the political lynching of Judge Kavanaugh understood that in the future, their actions would be returned back upon them -- and that the required evidence that is beyond reasonable doubt is the standard of evidence required to validate a allegations against an accused -- and that the evidence in the Ford vs Kavanaugh allegations all exonerated Judge Kavanaugh -- then if those who rejected the facts understood that their actions would come back upon them -- and they would experience a lawless lynching in the future -- then they never would have rejected the facts that exonerated Judge Kavanaugh, and demanded his political lynching.
As a person walks through the confusion of this world, the question confronting them is whether they can intuitively draw from within themselves right and wrong -- and then act upon it. The Natural Laws that control all of life in this world (see The Laws That Control Our Lives http://OuterDarkness.Nazirene.org#TheLawsThatControlOurLives ) constantly confront each of us with choices and tests. And this is why the Natural Laws can be portrayed as a Labyrinth of choices (see http://OuterDarkness.Nazirene.org ) that presents to each person the opportunities to spiritually advance. Most people are followers, and as followers they make virtually no spiritual gain. They remain blind to the causal factors of the events they experience, and in many instances they remain victims of the events they possess no understanding of.
While it is true that the vast majority of people remain blind to the causal factors that have orchestrated the events in their lives, they to possess the power to intuitively draw upon the experiences of all the countless lives their Soul has lived. And thus, they are confronted by the question: Will they do what they intuitively know to be right? What is convenient? Or follow the crowd they are a part of? A crucial teaching that is both ignored and not understood is when Jesus stated, "Judge not, that ye be not judged" (Matt 7:1). But what exactly does this mean? Then Jesus explained a reality that is not at all understood because of our modern day mindset that has no understanding of the Natural Laws of Creation when he explained: "For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you". Which provokes the question: Why will our own judgment come back upon us? The answer: Because our Soul evolves and learns through the experiences and choices we make in this life.
